San Francisco native Kathy Fang, a prominent figure in the city’s culinary scene and chef/co-owner of Fang restaurant, offers her expert selections:

SkyHill Napa Valley Goat Cheese Chèvre Jalapeño: Creamy and delicious, perfect with crackers.
Boonville Barn Collective Citrus and Chili Marmalade: Made by a local woman-owned farm specializing in chili powder.
Rustic Bakery Crackers: From Petaluma, a versatile complement to cheese and preserves.
Jade Chocolates: A beloved San Francisco sweet treat with stunning design.
Bouchaine Wine: From a local Carneros winery, ideal for pairing with cheese, crackers, jams, and chocolate tart.
Song Tea and Ceramics Artisanal Teas: A tasting of 4 types (White, Green, Oolong, Red) with delicate and diverse tasting notes.

With rates starting at $765 plus tax for two people, The Kat Fang Culinary Master Menu is a one-night package. A two-night minimum stay is required on Friday and Saturday nights as well as during select holiday periods. Subject to room availability.
